If after installing the Mocha product , and selecting the mocha product icon , it gives no reponse, try options - Applications - edit permissions , Allow Connections.
- - unzip the downloaded file to a folder on a PC.
- - Connect the BlackBerry to the PC with a cable
- - Start BlackBerry Desktop Manager on a PC, and use the Application loader (*) to install the software
