In most cases you
will receive a reply within 24 hours.
Please add following information to the email.
- Server type and version: Mac OS X, Windows XP/Vista , Linux or....
- If using a Windows or Linux PC, tell us full VNC Server name and version
- Do you use wifi on the iPhone, and is it the same wifi network your Mac/PC
uses, or are you using 3g/EDGE only.
