Products Life Cycle

As some of our products runs on very old hardware, and the sales for such platforms declines, we have selected on November 10, 2003 to announce a new support life-cycle policy.

A platform can be in 4 states:

Freeware	Retiring	Alive	Future
Has been released as freeware. Only limited support for customers without a paid license key. Freeware license keys can be found in our freeware section	Only a serious bug, will force us to make a new release.	All bugs are fixed.	All bugs are fixed, and it is possible, new versions with more functionality will be released

In all states, except freeware, we will continue to offer our normal email support. The states only effects our release of new versions of the product.
